In continuation to company’s earlier letter dated April 24, 2018, wherein MPS had informed that the company has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement with Tata Industries for the acquisition of Tata Interactive Systems (a business division of Tata Industries), subject to the fulfillment of closing conditions. MPS through its wholly owned subsidiary company, MPS Interactive Systems, has completed the acquisition of Tata Interactive Systems (a business division of Tata Industries).
