Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(b) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Barak Cement has informed that the Company has opted not to submit Consolidated Financial Results along with Standalone Financial Results for the respective quarters during the Financial year 2018-19. Further pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company shall submit Consolidated Financial Results in addition to Standalone Financial Result for the year ended 31st March, 2019.
