Steelco Gujarat has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 20th June, 2018 to consider and approve draft Audited Financial Results for the quarter / year ended 31st March, 2018. In this regards, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for all employee(s) / Insider(s) / Connected Person(s), from 5th June, 2018 to 22nd June, 2018. The Trading Window shall reopen from 23rd June, 2018 or next earlier trading session available.
