Great Eastern Shipping Company (GE Shipping) has contracted to sell its 2001 built Supramax Dry Bulk Carrier Jag Ratan of about 52,179 dwt. The vessel will be delivered to the new buyer in H1 FY 2018-19.
Including Jag Ratan, the company's current fleet stands at 49 vessels, comprising 34 tankers (12 crude carriers, 17 product tankers, 5 LPG carrier) and 15 dry bulk carriers (1 Capesize, 8 Kamsarmax, 6 Supramax) with an average age of 10.68 years aggregating 3.97 mn dwt.
