Reliance Capital has raised funds worth Rs 10 crore through issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) with an option to retain oversubscription aggregating to Rs 5 crore. The deemed date of allotment is June 5, 2018 and the tenure of the instrument is 1420 days which has a maturity date on April 25, 2022.
