Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(b) (i) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Sumedha Fiscal Services has informed that the Company shall submit its Quarterly Standalone Financial Results (Unaudited) within 45 days from the end of each Quarter to the Stock Exchanges during the Financial Year 2018-19. In case of last Quarter of the Financial Year 2018-19, the Company will submit the Standalone and Consolidated (Audited) Financial Results within 60 days from the end of the Financial Year, to the Stock Exchanges. Therefore the Company will publish the Quarterly and Annual Financial Results during the Financial Year 2018-19, as aforesaid, in the newspapers in compliance with Regulation 47(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
