Siti Networks has received an approval for the sale of entire stake of the company in its non-material subsidiary company, namely Siti Bhatia Network Entertainment. The company holds 10,409 equity shares or 51% in the equity share capital of Siti Bhatia Network Entertainment.
The Investment Committee of the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on June 14, 2018, approved the same.
