Jubilant FoodWorks has informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for Designated Persons from Saturday, 23rd June, 2018 till 48 hours post the date of Board Meeting. The Board Meeting is scheduled to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for quarter ended June 30, 2018. Accordingly, an intimation regarding the notice of Board Meeting shall be sent separately to the Stock Exchanges. Further, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
