Infosys has cut its per capita electricity consumption by 53% against the baseline year of 2008. Besides, 43.7% of the company's electricity requirements (equating to more than 100 million units) is sourced from renewable sources.
During fiscal 2018, 109.7 million units of overall energy requirement came from green power. Out of this, 22.8 million units of electricity was produced from solar photovoltaic (PV) in the company’s campuses.
