Reliance Communications shines with arm completing India data centre

Reliance Communications is currently trading at Rs. 15.20, up by 0.60 points or 4.11% from its previous closing of Rs. 14.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 14.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 15.35 and Rs. 14.65 respectively. So far 4002312 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 41.77 on 29-Dec-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 9.60 on 15-Nov-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 16.20 and Rs. 14.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4189.78 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 53.08%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.17% and 31.74% respectively.

Reliance Communications’ (Rcom) subsidiary -- Global Cloud Xchange (GCX) has completed India data centre for Eagle Subsea Network, scheduled to be fully operational by 2020.

The new green data centre, in Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City (DAKC), Mumbai, has almost 4,50,000 square feet built-up area and 6,000-rack capacity. The new infrastructure is designed to meet growing cloud requirements and capacity demands from global enterprises.
