Physical rubber prices remain unchanged on Wednesday

Physical rubber prices continued to remain steady on Wednesday, lacking fresh enquiries amidst low production as the major manufacturers were holding up their stocks.

Spot prices for RSS- 4 and RSS- 5 variety remain unchanged at RS.187/kg and Rs.181/kg respectively.

In the futures market, the contract of RSS- 4 July delivery closed at Rs. 184.70 compared to its previous close of Rs. 184.84, while contract of August delivery closed at Rs. 184.99 compared to its previous close of Rs. 184.72 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange.
