Manpasand Beverages has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the June 27, 2018 at Registered office of the Company situated at Survey Number 1768 & 1774/1, Manjusar Village, Savli, Vadodara, Gujarat, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results along with audited report for the Fourth Quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2018, pursuant to Clause 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and to consider and recommend dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2017-18, subject to approval of members of the Company. Further, as per the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window will remain close from June 21, 2018 till forty-eight hours after the date of Board Meeting, for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives.
