Emami’s wholly owned Subsidiary, Emami International FZE based at Dubai has invested in Loli Beauty, Delaware, USA by subscribing to 12,28,261 Series Seed Prime Preferred Stock (SSPPS) which will result in stake of 7.54% in Loli Beauty. An investment agreement has been executed with Loli Beauty and its existing shareholders.
