In terms of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, Emami has informed that Trading Window of Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 22nd June 2018 to Monday, 25th June 2018 for all designated persons of the Company due to making investment in acquiring stake of 7.54% in Loli Beauty Inc., Delaware USA by Emami International FZE, a wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company based at Dubai.
