Essel Corporate LLP has acquired 22,00,000 equity shares constituting 0.23% of paid up equity share capital of ZEEL on June 21, 2018 and acquired 7,65,000 equity shares constituting 0.08% of paid up equity share capital on June 22, 2018, by way of an on-market inter-se transfer of shares amongst the promoter group.
