Technocraft Industries (India) has divested its entire stake in two subsidiary companies, namely TIL Marketing (Erstwhile TIL Packaging) and Techocraft Closures.
Above subsidiary companies having Authorised and Paid-up Capital of Rs 1 Lakh each and having nil turnover since its incorporation i.e. May 31, 2016.
Technocraft Industries (India) is engaged in the manufacturing of drum closures, tubes and scaffoldings, knitted and crocheted cotton fabrics, textile garments, and preparation and spinning of cotton fiber.
