Cox & Kings owned Meininger to open one hotel in Austria

Cox & Kings owned Meininger Group and BHS Real Estate Management have signed the contract for a Meininger Hotel in Innsbruck. The property will be located on Blasius-Hueber-StraBe in the center of Innsbruck and will have 76 rooms with a total of 261 beds. The opening is scheduled for the second quarter of 2020.

The building will be completely modernised and also expanded. The facade of the house will be preserved. The hotel will have a gross floor area of 3100 square meters. The 76 rooms and 261 beds will be spread over 6 floors. The room types will range from classic double rooms to private multi-bed-rooms through to a bed in a dorm. 

Cox and Kings is engaged in providing travel management solutions. Its services include destination management, outbound tourism, business travel, insurance and conference solutions. The firm also offers domestic holidays, trade fairs, foreign exchange and insurance.
