Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals’ promoter Hindustan Times’ has purchased 10,000 equity shares of the company through open market purchase for an amount of Rs 16.04 lakh on June 22, 2018.
Post this transaction, Hindustan Times’ stake in the company has increased from 53311790 equity shares or 12.81% to 53321790 equity shares or 12.81%.
Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals is one of the largest private sector fertilizer producers in India. It has three divisions catering agri products, shipping & textiles.
