Reliance Capital raises funds through issue of NCDs

Reliance Capital has raised funds worth Rs 4 crore with an option to retain oversubscription aggregating to Rs 3 crore through issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The deemed date of allotment is June 28, 2018, with a tenure of 368 days from the deemed date of allotment and the instrument has maturity on July 1, 2019.
