Zee Entertainment Enterprises has informed that as per Companys Insider Trading Code, in connection with Unaudited Financial Results for Q1 of 2018-19, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors / Key Managerial Personnel / Designated Employees of the Company from July 2, 2018 and the same shall remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of un-audited financial results for the 1st quarter and three months ended June 30, 2018.Accordingly, all Directors/ Key Managerial Personnel / Designated Employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
