NMDC and Kopano Logistics Services have established an equal ratio Joint Venture (JV) company by the name Kopano NMDC Minerals (Pty) to undertake exploration and development of mineral properties in the Republic of South Africa. The JV Company is actively scouting for exploration and development of various mineral assets in South Africa.
NMDC is a state-controlled mineral producer of the Government of India. It is fully owned by the Government of India and is under administrative control of the Ministry of Steel.
