In terms of Listing Agreement, Steel Authority of India has informed that consequent to superannuation from the services of the Company, P.K. Singh has ceased to be Chairman & Managing Director of the Company with effect from 30.6.2018(AN). The Company has informed that in terms of the Order of the Government of India, Saraswati Prasad, Special Secretary and Financial Advisor, Ministry of Steel, Government of India has taken over the additional charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director of the Company on 1st July, 2018.
