Choice International has transferred its entire stake of 19.52% in the Company ‘Jaatvedas Construction Company’ (JCCPL) to its wholly owned Subsidiary (WOS) Company, Choice Finserv.
Earlier, the company had disposed 3.01% of investment made by it in Jaatvedas Construction Company out of the total investment of 22.53% held by the company.
Choice International offers services in area of project financing, assisting in raising funds by equity or debt routes, debt structuring, private equity, acquisitions, long term strategic planning, turnaround and structuring and joint ventures, divestitures and takeovers.
