IndoStar Capital Finance has raised Rs 550 crore on private placement basis. The Debenture Committee of the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on July 02, 2018, has approved allotment of 5500 Series XXX Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each, for cash at par.
