Info Edge has agreed to jointly invest with MacRitchie Investments, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek, an amount of about Rs 190.52 crore in Etechaces Marketing & Consulting (Etechaces) for 3.50% stake by purchasing the shares held PI Opportunities Fund I (PIOF) through its subsidiary.
