MPS has completed the acquisition of shares of Tata Interactive Systems AG on July 5, 2018.
Earlier, the company had entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Tata Industries for acquisition of 100% shares held by Tata Industries’ in its wholly owned subsidiary, Tata Interactive Systems AG, a Switzerland based Company.
