IIFL Holdings strengthens with arm raising Rs 325 crore from CDC Group

IIFL Holdings is currently trading at Rs. 665.10, up by 2.75 points or 0.42% from its previous closing of Rs. 662.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 666.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 666.45 and Rs. 654.75 respectively. So far 1133 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 872.70 on 13-Mar-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 532.00 on 22-Nov-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 686.00 and Rs. 648.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 20914.37 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 28.96%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 25.56% and 45.48% respectively.

IIFL Holdings’ subsidiary -- India Infoline Finance (IIFL Finance) -- has raised Rs 325 crore from CDC Group Plc (CDC), the United Kingdom's Government-owned Development Finance Institution.

CDC, which has a minority equity stake in IIFL Finance, a leading non-banking finance company, invested in Rupee Denominated Tier-II qualifying subordinated bonds having a tenor of 10 years. This is IIFL Group’s maiden Masala Bonds issue.
