The Debenture Committee of the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on July 05, 2018 approved allotment of 100 Series XXX Tranche C, PP-MLD AA- Rated, Listed, Secured, Principal Protected, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Face Value of Rs 10 lakh each, for cash at par, on Private Placement Basis.
