In compliance of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Havells India has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 20th July, 2018, Friday, to consider and approve, the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2018. In this connection, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (the Code), Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company, for persons specified under the Code, shall remain closed from 13th July, 2018, Friday to 22nd July, 2018, Sunday.
