Bigbloc Construction has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for acquisition of ‘Hilltop Concrete’ as wholly Owned Subsidiary of the company. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on July 10, 2018, approved the same. The time period for completion of the acquisition is two months.
Hilltop Concrete is in same line of business as that of company and purpose of acquisition is to enhance production capacity of AAC Blocks and to expand the business of the company in North Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.
Bigbloc Construction is engaged in the business of manufacturing of building blocks and AAC Bricks.
