Shree Cement has successfully completed acquisition of 97.61% equity stake of Union Cement Company, UAE (UCC) on July 11, 2018. The acquisition was made through wholly owned step-down subsidiary company namely Shree International Holding incorporated in UAE.
Earlier, the Board of Directors of the company had given approval for acquisition of majority equity stake in UCC and signing of the definitive agreement in this regard with the sellers.
Shree Cement is a rapidly growing Company focused on its core business of Cement & Power. Currently, its manufacturing operations are spread over North and Eastern India across six states.
