In terms of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Hathway Cable & Datacom has informed about the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for the purpose of proposed fund raising through preferential issue of equity shares or any other permitted instrument pursuant to Section 42 and Section 62(1)(c) and all other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made there under (including any statutory modification), from Friday 13th July, 2018 to Sunday, 22nd July, 2018. Accordingly, the Specified Persons of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities or deal in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
