Trigyn Technologies as consortium partner with ESDS Software Solutions has entered into a Master Service Agreement to Build and Operate Datacenter on Revenue Sharing Model with Software Technology Park of India (STPI) at Electronic City Bengaluru through PPP on revenue sharing model.
The significant terms of the contract are to Design, Supply & Implementation of the Tier-3 Level Datacenter (IT & Non-IT Infrastructure), who shall host the required IT / Cloud solutions to offer services, operate and maintain the Datacenter and provide services to customer for a period of 10 years, which is extendable for a further period of five years at the discretion of STPI on the same terms and conditions.
