Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Gujarat Ambuja Exports has informed that trading window in connection with the Securities of the Company will remain closed from 18th July, 2018 to 31st July, 2018 and the dealing in the Company's shares may be resumed subject to the conditions laid down in the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders after 31st July, 2018.
