Paramount Communications has allotted 18,81,500 equity shares to the holders of outstanding $7.5 million FCCBs at a price of Rs 28.40 per Equity Share. The entire $7.5 million FCCB’s outstanding as on June 29, 2018 stands converted into Equity Shares of the company and there are no further FCCB’s outstanding as on date.
The FCCB Committee of the company, in its meeting held on July 16, 2018 has allotted the same.
