NBCC (India) has received in principle approval from Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India for Conceptualizing, Designing and Construction of India Pavilion at World Expo 2020 to be held in Dubai from October-2020 to April-2021 which would likely to cost around Rs 400 crore.
India is participating with the sub theme of ‘Opportunity’ to showcase its own growth story on a global stage, its strength and ample opportunities in space, Aviation, Defence, IT, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, etc. and Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industries, Government of India will organize India Pavilion in an area of around 4600 sq mtrs.
