The Debenture Committee of the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on July 16, 2018 approved allotment of 500 Series XXX Tranche D, Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Face Value of Rs 10 lakh each, on Private Placement Basis.
