Sterlite Technologies has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in Metallurgica Bresciana S.p.A., a European specialized optical cable manufacturer based in Italy on July 20, 2018.
Earlier, Sterlite Technologies’ wholly owned subsidiary - Sterlite Technologies S.p.A. had entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Metallurgica Bresciana S.p.A.
