RNAVAL reports net loss of Rs 347.21 crore in Q1

Reliance Naval and Engineering (RNAVAL) has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2018.

The company has reported a net loss of Rs 347.21 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 230.42 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 83.91% at Rs 37.29 crore for Q1FY19 as compared Rs 231.72 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

RNAVAL (formerly Reliance Defence and Engineering / Pipavav Defence and Offshore Engineering Company) has the largest engineering infrastructure in India and is one of the largest in the world. RNAVAL is the first private sector company in India to obtain the licence and contract to build warships.
