Megastar Foods has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 2nd August, 2018 to consider and approve, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on 31st March, 2018, along with the Audited results for the entire financial year and Unaudited financial results of the first quarter ended 30th June, 2018. Further it is stated that as per the Company’s code of Internal Procedures and conduct for regulation, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for the designated employees, promoters and concerned persons covered under the said code of the Company from 26th July, 2018 to 4th August, 2018.
