Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilisers & Chemicals has informed that the 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Saturday, the 29th September, 2018 at the Registered Office of the Company at P.O. : Narmadanagar - 392015, District : Bharuch, Gujarat. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, the 25th August, 2018 to Wednesday, the 29th August, 2018. The said Book Closure is for ascertaining the eligible shareholders who would be entitled for payment of Dividend on the equity shares for FY 2017-18. The dividend, if approved by the Members at the aforesaid AGM, shall be paid on or after 8th October, 2018 to the shareholders entitled to receive the same.
