NMDC has informed that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday the 8th August 2018, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2018. In pursuance of the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with Securities of the Company, the trading window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st August 2018 to 10th August 2018, in connection with the above scheduled meeting.
