Lycos Internet is planning to raise funds by way of an issue of securities, including but not limited to Equity Shares and/or any other securities convertible into Equity Shares and/or Non-Convertible Debentures with or without warrants, through a Preferential Issue / Rights Issue or through any other permissible mode or a combination thereof, as may be permitted under applicable laws, to one or more persons, whether they be holders of the Equity Shares of the company or not, subject to approval of the members of the company, as may be required, and other appropriate approvals.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on July 31, 2018, to consider the same.
