Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Moongipa Capital Finance has informed that meeting of Board of Directors has been scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 09, 2018, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2018, and any other matter with the permission/approval of the Chairperson. Further for the purpose of above and in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Designated Person from July 30, 2018 till 48 hours post the date of Board Meeting. Accordingly, the trading window shall remain closed from Monday, July 30, 2018 till Saturday, August 11, 2018.
