GTPL Hathway’s promoter Gujarat Digi Com has bought 54,000 equity shares of the company for an amount of around Rs 50.48 lakh through open market purchase on July 27, 2018.
Post this acquisition, the stake of the promoter entity in the company has increased from 23469075 equity shares or 20.87% to 23523075 equity shares or 20.92%.
GTPL Hathway provides digital cable television and broadband services. The company provides channels across various genres. It provides facility for renewal or change plans for cable television/broadband package.
