According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 41.81 crore in index futures and options segments on Tuesday, July 17, 2012.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 129.35 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 87.54 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 411.32 crore while they also sold stock options worth Rs 47.21 crore.
