Lycos Internet touches roof on getting nod to raise funds up to Rs 60 crore

Lycos Internet is currently trading at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 4.77, up by 0.22 points or 4.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 4.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 4.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 4.77 and Rs. 4.65 respectively. So far 175654 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 9.94 on 12-Jan-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3.38 on 20-Jul-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 4.77 and Rs. 3.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 227.17 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 39.13 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.51 % and 47.35 % respectively.

Lycos Internet has received an approval for raising of funds by way of issue of securities including, but not limited to Equity Shares and/or any other securities convertible into Equity Shares, through a Preferential Issue / Rights Issue or through any other permissible mode or any combination thereof as may be permissible under applicable laws, subject to approval of the members of the company, to the extent required and other appropriate approvals, for an aggregate amount up to Rs 60 crore.

The Board of Directors of the company in their meeting held on July 31, 2018, approved the same.
