MIRC Electronics has informed that the 37th AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Hall of Culture, Nehru Centre, Dr. Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai-400018. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from August 17, 2018 to August 23, 2018. Pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act,2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2015, the Company is providing e-voting facility to the members holding shares as on Thursday, August 16, 2018 being the cut-off date to exercise their rights to vote by electronic means, through e-voting facility facilitated by CDSL .Remote e-voting shall commence on Monday, August 20, 2018 (9:00 am) and ends on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 (5:00 pm).
