Excel Crop Care gets nod for scheme of amalgamation

Excel Crop Care has received Board’s approval for the scheme of amalgamation to merge itself with Sumitomo Chemical (SCC) India, a wholly owned subsidiary of the $20.6 billion chemical giant, Sumitomo Chemical Company, Japan. SCC Japan and Sumitomo Chemical India own 44.98% and 19.98% in Excel respectively.

Excel Crop Care is engaged in manufacture and trading of Pesticides. Besides solutions in soil health, seed treatment, crop protection, pest management, Excel Crop Care also offers effective post-harvest treatment that has ensured smooth supply and trade in agricultural commodities in many countries.
