Kanchi Karpooram has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 14th August, 2018 at the Chennai Office of the Company at No.1, Barnaby Avenue, Barnaby Road, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010 at 03.30 pm to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2018. The Company is also taking steps to issue a public notice in English and in regional language in accordance with Regulation 47(1 )(a) of the Regulations. Further, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window will remain closed from 04th August 2018 to 16th August 2018 in connection with the impending publication of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2018.
